Cooper is trying soccer for the first time. At the first few practices he didn't really seem too interested, so we were shocked when he really hustled at the first game! All the kids really did a great job of getting out and trying hard. Today at his game they were lining up and getting ready to start and we couldn't find Cooper! John and I were getting worried and John even got up to go search for him...not on the field or on the bench, when he was spotted...it was his turn to be the goalie!! He was excited, but I could also tell he was nervous. It was cute to watch him jump around watching the ball while it was coming his way! He had a great time. If you have fun, you're a winner!!!
A little of this, a little of that. All things from being a mom of two busy boys to helping you get fit and lead a more healthy lifestyle! Let me know you like what you read and message me if I can help you!

What starts with a T?? TUCKER!!!
Have I ever mentioned how much I love this boy?? He is now in preschool and learning so much. It's fun to have a conversation with him and listen to all his stories. A few things I'm super proud of:
- he is 97% potty trained!!! It's been a long time coming, I didn't think we would ever get to this point. We struggled for over a month, then slowly he started to get it, and just one morning he woke up and it "clicked". The only time we really have an issue is when he's outside playing and just too busy to stop and potty.
- he's been counting...in Spanish! Not sure who is more to credit for this, his school or Dora! Either way, we'll take it!!
- he love letters and he will pick the letters in his name out anywhere he finds them. He has a placement with the ABC's on it and he will move through the letters and find each letter in his name!
- He knows his months of the year! Tonight he just started singing a song and I realized that was what he was saying. My favorite is that October sounds more like "come over" <3 li="li">3>

Wacky Wednesdays
Whew, our busy day falls smack dab in the middle of the week...JP and I work, Cooper and Tucker have school. But, now Cooper is playing soccer so he has practice from 5-6 and then he has to hurry home for a quick dinner and then head back out for his class at church. Tonight is his second week of church class, so I'm wondering how many weeks he will manage this schedule before getting cranky or coming up with excuses to skip class. This Saturday is his first soccer game, we are super excited. I think he is out for the social aspect more than the athletic part! Wish us luck!!

Here goes nothing!
Some fellow mommy bloggers and I have set goals to get better at blogging. My goal is to blog 3 times a week...so be prepared to hear every random thing that will happen in our lives throughout September!
Today's big news: Cooper has finally taken off the training wheels and is riding his bike!! We have been waiting for this today FOREVER!!! Our friends from KC brought Tucker a smaller bike w/ training wheels, but we took those off and stuck Cooper on the bike. Since it's a smaller bike, he is able to put his feet down and feels more secure. He is able to push off and go on his own at this point. He is not 100% at it, but it's such an improvement because he has been terrified to even talk about this in the past. We are going to practice, practice, practice until he's up and going on his bigger bike!! Wish us all luck!!
